Do you offer On-Site Repair & Servicing?
Yes! We sell everything from tires to batteries right in our San Diego Showroom and we have trained mechanics that can work on everything from small adjustments to more serious repairs on your bike! As for electronically our on-site mechanics will only work on FLX Bikes. With that in mind in order to best help you feel free to give us a call before coming in to make sure we have the necessary parts instock and to find the best way to help you.
I just have a technical questions or concern what do I do?
In order for us to be help you we need as much information as possible to find the best solution. If you are having any issues or would like a quote on how much a service or repair will cost please fill out all the appropriate information into our contact form and attach any pictures that can help us gain an understanding of the situation. After submitting our mechanics and support staff will review the situation and get back to you with the best possible solution!

Are there any 3rd Party companies that can service my bike?
In addition to our on-site services FLX has partnered with Velofix, a bike mobile repair service. If your bike requires servicing and you cannot come to our San Diego location, you can contact Velofix directly and a qualified technician trained on FLX e-bikes will go to your address and service your bike (U.S. only). Service fees are not covered by FLX.
Is my FLX Bike covered by a warranty?
Yes! All FLX bikes are protected by a one (1) year manufacturer warranty. Any part that has a manufacturer defect will be covered. A FLX customer care agent will work with you on diagnosing the issue and finding a solution. FLX will also ship replacement parts free of charge.
