FLX has partnered with Velofix bike mobile repair service. If your bike requires servicing, you can contact us directly and a qualified technician trained on FLX e-bikes will go to your address and service your bike (U.S. only). Service fees are not covered by FLX.
All FLX bikes are protected by a one (1) year manufacturer warranty. Any part that has a manufacturer defect will be covered. An FLX customer care agent will work with you on diagnosing the issue.
